After nearly a decade working as a successful leader in the corporate world of sales, finance and risk management, I began to feel a shift inside of me that I could not ignore. From the outside my life was perfect however on the inside I felt disconnected and unbalanced leaving me stressed out and unhappy.
It wasn’t until 5 years ago that I finally made the decision to take control, I realized that I had to make shifts, define my values and create a road map to get myself realigned from the inside out.
I realized that what truly matters is the lifestyle that we live.
I was questioning myself:
+ is this life just about stressing out and reaching my business goals?
+ is this life just about spending long hours, but having basically no time for myself, my family and friends? Is it OK?
+ if not, what do I want? What do I desire? What is the life I would truly enjoy?
It was the lifestyle I created for myself. I re-evaluated my life, from the bottom up.
I love working, I love creating transformational programs, I love spending time with inspiring clients. AND I love spending time with my family, friends, hobbies, travel, etc. I wanted all in a balanced manner without lots of stress or tension.
In most cases, successful entrepreneurs and managers are asking for my support, since they achieved excellent business results, but they feel overwhelmed, experiencing lots of stress in their professional life, they are missing the joyful moments, and they realized that it is time to change.
What inspires me in my work is to see beyond our fears and tensions and realize the unlimited potential we all have.
I live for those moments when the other person sees all the opportunities that lie beyond his fears and tensions because that is the moment when his life changes. A new life can emerge from it.
