My name is Gábor Marton.

I am a peak performance, leadership coach, and corporate trainer. I have worked with Fortune 500 executives, ambitious entrepreneurs, and fast-growing teams in Europe, the US, and Asia.

My goal is to help you break through the internal and external barriers that prevent you from truly realizing your potential, while enjoying the journey and maintaining (or even improving) your well-being.

As a catalyst, I help you get the most out of yourself, your business, or your career.

I help ambitious entrepreneurs and aspiring leaders achieve their most daring business and personal goals, while enjoying the process and maintaining balance.

I also put companies’ processes on a growth trajectory and make company leaders and employees more effective.

My clients and I work to ensure that, in addition to outstanding results, they have enough free time and energy for everything they want to do, instead of letting stress consume their lives.

Whatever I have done in life, I have always looked for ways to improve.

Whether it was building my career in banking or leaving my executive position to build a business based on my passion.

The turning point

My journey began as a teenager when my mother gave me Dale Carnegie’s book How to Win Friends and Influence People. In high school, I was shy and withdrawn, unsure of my own strengths—but this book showed me that we can change ourselves and how much power lies in conscious development. During my university years (Corvinus University of Budapest and CEMS program in Cologne), I worked as an intern at Henkel’s headquarters in Germany, and later spent ten years in the banking sector. I eventually became Director of Corporate Innovation at UniCredit Bank, where my team and I carried out development projects. I loved my job, I loved the community, my colleagues, and the tasks themselves. But I felt that what I really love and enjoy is working with people and helping them grow.

In September 2017, I made the decision to leave my corporate career and focus all my energy on coaching and training. As difficult as it was, it felt right and in line with who I am.

On my last day at work, I found myself on a plane to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) in the afternoon to hold a training session with a good friend of mine, for Heineken Vietnam on harmonizing and developing cooperation between Generations X and Y.

Lifelong learning and outstanding mentors

To this day, my philosophy is to represent what I teach, so I have invested and continue to invest heavily in my own development.

I am convinced that my continuous development is essential and crucial to supporting the outstanding performance of others.

Whether it’s training courses at home or courses on the other side of the world.

From Tony Robbins and Rich Litvin’s programs to leadership psychology, business training, and peak performance coaching, I have trained in many areas with the best professionals available to me.

Many courses focus on strategies and tactics, but I was just as interested in the human depth, in the factors and beliefs that drive our decisions, why we feel motivated or why we feel so stressed.

For this reason, I went through several types of therapy and have always been open to spiritualism, so I attended many training courses and retreats of this kind in order to better understand myself and connect with myself.

What had the greatest impact on me was The Source Code (https://eniko-sourcecode.com/), which I was introduced to in 2022.

“External success means nothing if your heart tells you there is more.

If you are an ambitious leader, entrepreneur, or aspiring career builder, then you know exactly what it feels like to constantly set bigger goals and aim higher. On the surface, you seem to have it all: a thriving career or business, financial stability, and even the constant recognition of those around you. Yet, deep down, you can’t help but wonder, “Am I really doing my best? Is there more?”

Tailored strategies

Whether you are a leader who wants to develop your leadership skills or a company that wants to build a high-performing team, we start by working together to identify where the bottlenecks are what the limiting factors are (whether it’s leadership blind spots, limiting beliefs, or a lack of appropriate tools), and develop a unique action plan that is completely tailored to you (or your company).

Supportive culture

My goal is not only to boost your career or your company’s performance, but also to create a supportive culture based on shared values that engages team members and stands the test of an ever-changing business environment.

Sustainable results

Whether it’s higher revenues, time savings, better retention rates, or internal harmony, we continuously monitor progress and adjust the strategy and action plan as needed, so that success is not only spectacular but also sustainable.

Tangible results

Since 2017, I have worked with numerous executives, business owners, and ambitious career builders. Everyone has unique goals.

Some people come to me because they are unclear about what they want, or because they want to become more effective and achieve more without sacrificing their personal lives.

One of my mottos is: double your results while halving your stress. We strive to realize our wildest dreams while taking care of ourselves and making our journey toward our goals as enjoyable as possible.
