The goal of each workshop and training is to bring about real change in participants, making them more aware and able to effectively apply what they have learned and experienced in their everyday lives.

Each workshop and training course goes through a 3-step process:

  1. Preliminary questionnaire survey for participants: We assess the unique challenges and needs of participants in relation to the given topic, so that we can focus on these areas during the training.
  2. Experience-based workshop training: 80% practice / 20% theory. During the workshop and training, we focus on incorporating what we have learned and experienced during the training into our everyday lives.
  3. Follow-up: In order to ensure that what you have learned during the training is deeply ingrained, you will receive reminders, checklists, summaries, and supplementary materials by email. Optionally, there is also the possibility of additional review/question-and-answer sessions.

Each workshop, course, and training session is available in three formats:

  • 3-hour practical introduction

A quick, concise workshop for those who want to learn about the most important tools and techniques. An ideal choice as part of a themed day or time-limited program.

  • 1-day intensive training

A comprehensive, full-day workshop where participants learn about all key areas: theory, practice, and developing a personalized toolkit in a single day.

  • 2-day implementation-focused training

The most in-depth and effective form of development. There is a 1-2 week interval between the two sessions, during which participants can try out what they learned on the first day in their everyday work. During the second session, we evaluate the experiences together, expand practical knowledge, solve any challenges that have arisen, and fine-tune what has been learned.

They are available as live training or online (except for team-building training).
